- We specialize in delivering and placing pumpkins and décor based on your selected package, porch layout, and the availability of the pumpkins. 

- Please note that full payment is required to secure your booking

- Due to the nature of our seasonal services, all sales are final with no refunds or cancellations available.

- Pumpkin lifespan can be unpredictable. We hand select each pumpkin for your porch and unfortunately cannot guarantee their longevity due to environmental factors beyond our control such as sun, rain, wind exposure and those pesky cute critters that may take a nibble after dark.

- Porch Pretty reserves the right to make modifications to any styling package based on seasonal availability. Substitutions will be made with equal or greater value in mind.

- Porch Pretty is not liable for any damage caused to your property during setup or removal. We will take the utmost care of your porch and property, but the client assumes responsibility once styling is complete.

- Porch Pretty is not liable for pumpkins that deteriorate due to weather, animals, or post-installation handling.

- The customer's responsibilities include

   - Full Payment upon order

   - Providing a clean and accessible space for the set up at time of delivery

   - Maintenance of the display after the set up including weather and critter issues

- Porch Pretty reserves the right to photograph your now prettified porch and use those images for marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, website galleries, and promotional materials. We will not disclose your name or other identifying information unless given permission.

What to include in the T&C document

Generally speaking, T&C often address these types of issues: Who is allowed to use the website; the possible payment methods; a declaration that the website owner may change his or her offering in the future; the types of warranties the website owner gives his or her customers; a reference to issues of intellectual property or copyrights, where relevant; the website owner’s right to suspend or cancel a member’s account; and much, much more.
